The terms governing all SEO services provided by SEO Daily Trends S.r.l.
By purchasing any service from SEO Daily Trends S.r.l. ("we", "us") via seodailytrends.com, you ("client") agree to these Terms of Service in full. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us for service delivery.
We provide digital SEO services including technical audits, local SEO, link building, content SEO strategy, monthly retainer management, and e-commerce SEO. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided. Service scope for each package is defined on the relevant service and pricing pages.
Orders are placed via the website checkout and payment is processed by Stripe. For one-time projects, 50% of the fee is due at order placement and 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers, the full monthly fee is invoiced at the start of each billing period. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.
Service delivery timelines are outlined in our Delivery Policy. Timelines begin once payment is confirmed and the client has provided all information required for project commencement. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or delayed information from the client.
The client agrees to: provide accurate website and business information; grant necessary access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and relevant platforms within 5 business days of order; respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe; not implement SEO changes to the website during active project periods without informing us first.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are outside our control. We guarantee the quality and quantity of work delivered as specified in each package. Historical results shown on this site are genuine but should not be taken as a guarantee of equivalent results for all clients.
Monthly retainer agreements have a 3-month minimum term. After the minimum term, the client may cancel with 30 days written notice to info@seodailytrends.com. All work completed and reports delivered up to the cancellation date remain the property of the client.
Upon full payment, the client owns all content created specifically for their website under this agreement. Link placements on third-party websites remain subject to those websites' editorial policies and cannot be guaranteed permanently.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercially sensitive information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or explicitly consented to by the client.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy.
