FAQ

Questions worth asking
before you start.

We have answered the questions that come up in almost every new client conversation. If something is not covered here, ask us directly — we give straight answers.

Honest answer: it depends on your domain age, existing authority, and competition level. Most clients see measurable traffic movement within 3 to 4 months. Significant rankings for competitive keywords typically take 6 to 12 months. We set realistic expectations at the start and show you data every month so there are no surprises.
No agency should guarantee specific rankings — Google's algorithm is not something we or anyone else can control with certainty. What we guarantee is the quality and quantity of work delivered, transparent reporting, and a methodology that is consistent with Google's guidelines.
We monitor algorithm updates closely and adjust strategies accordingly. White-hat SEO practices — the kind we exclusively use — are far more resilient to updates than manipulative tactics. That said, no site is completely immune, and if an update causes a ranking drop, we investigate and adapt.
Yes. We frequently work alongside in-house marketing teams, developers, and content writers. We can provide strategy and oversight while your team handles execution, or we can handle everything — whatever works for your business.
Yes. We work with clients across Europe and have experience with multilingual and multi-country SEO. Our team is fluent in English and Italian, and we have experience with German, French, and Spanish markets through partner relationships.
A Google Search Console account, Google Analytics access, and a clear brief on your business goals and target audience. If you do not have these set up, we can help with that as part of onboarding.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For retainer clients, we issue a monthly invoice. One-time projects are invoiced at start (50%) and on delivery (50%).
For retainer clients, we require 30 days written notice after the minimum 3-month term. All reports and deliverables produced remain yours. See our full Refund Policy for details on one-time projects.
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any client data is shared. Mention it when you get in touch.
The primary metrics we track are organic traffic, keyword rankings, and — where tracking is configured correctly — organic-attributed revenue or leads. We also track technical health, backlink growth, and indexation health as leading indicators.
The free audit covers your top 10 technical issues, a quick keyword gap overview, and a summary of your current link profile strength. It is delivered as a plain-English document — not a raw data export. It typically runs 2 to 4 pages and includes prioritised recommendations.
Every month you receive a report that lists exactly what was done: pages optimised, links acquired, technical changes made, and keyword ranking changes. We do not send templated reports — each one is written specifically for your account.
Yes. All content created for your site, all structured data added, and all links acquired to your domain are yours. If you cancel a retainer, everything we have produced stays in place.
Yes — and if you are planning a migration, you should definitely involve us before it happens, not after. Post-migration traffic drops are one of the most common and entirely preventable SEO disasters. We can either oversee the migration directly or advise your development team.
We have worked with e-commerce, healthcare, legal services, B2B SaaS, hospitality, professional services, and more. SEO principles apply across industries — the specific keyword targeting and content strategy varies, but the methodology is the same.
We monitor major updates in real time and check client accounts immediately after significant algorithm changes. If a site drops, we do a root cause analysis and adjust. If a site gains, we document what contributed so we can reinforce it.
